Is your web site secure?

We take the web site security issue very seriously. Our retail system is based on the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Provided you are using an SSL-compliant browser such as Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you'll be able to conduct an end to end encrypted transaction without fear of an intermediary obtaining your credit card information.

How often is your web site updated?

In order to provide you the most current price and product information possible, we update our web site daily, Monday through Friday. We also make real-time updates to the web site so our customers can take advantage of last-minute price drops and special offers.

How does the search engine work?

The search engine is used for simple searches, mostly to see what fragrances Scentasations Candles carries. Simply enter your desired fragrance in the search field and click "Search" and your results will be shown.

Once my order is placed on the web site, how long does it take to ship it?

All orders take 7 to 10 business days to fully process and manufacture if applicable. Please allow another 3 to 5 days for shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?

To inquire about your order status, tracking number or backorder, email us at customservice@scentsationscandles.com . Please include your order number in the subject field of your email. You can also contact a Scentsations Candle Customer Service Representative at 1-888-307-6788.

How can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, call toll free 1-888-307-3739 and a customer service representative will assist you in tracking your order.

If I have tax-exempt status, how can I place an order on your web site?

Please contact a Scentsations Candles Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-888-307-6788 for information on tax-exempt purchases. If you are tax exempt, we require a copy of your tax-exempt certificate on file.

If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed?

If there are any problems with your order, such as a backorder, or the credit card information was invalid, etc. you will receive an email or a phone call from a customer service representative.

If I placed an order on the web, can I change it?

If you place an order on the Scentsations Candles web site, it can be changed as long as we have not already processed the order for shipping. You can contact us toll free at 1-888-307-6788 or send an email to customerservice@scentsationscandles.com.  If you call, please have your order number available; if you email, please reference your order number in the subject field of your email.
